What is your seating capacity?
Maximum seating in the Main Dining Room at Ruby Hill Golf Club is 186 guests with a 20’ x 20’ dance floor and 300 if you are combining our dining room and patio.
Do I have to be a member of Ruby Hill Golf Club to hold my event?
No, you don’t have to be a member of the Club to hold your wedding here. We do ask that you are mindful of our Club rules however.
Does Ruby Hill Golf Club have a Wedding Ceremony Site?
Ruby Hill Golf Club has two ceremony sites to choose from, both indoor and outdoor. We also provide a beautiful, spacious dressing room for the bride and groom.
Can I provide my own food and liquor?
Ruby Hill Golf Club is proud to offer the culinary expertise of award winning Executive Chef, Harold Sena-Akoto. As a full–service facility all food and beverage must be provided by the Club with the exception of wedding cakes.
Do I have to rent my own linen, china and glassware?
It is important to us that you feel that you are a guest at your own wedding. Therefore, we provide table skirting, table linens, china, glass and silver, wait, kitchen and bar staff. In addition, your wedding will be overseen by a catering and operations manager. Specialty linens may be arranged from an outside source.
Is there a room minimum?
Yes, these minimums vary depending on the date and time of year of the event.
How far in advance should I reserve my Wedding date?
As soon as possible! Typically wedding dates are booked up to a year to a year and a half in advance. However, we have reserved dates within as little as three months.
Can you recommend wedding professionals to help me plan my special day?
We will be more than happy to provide you with a list of vendors that are very familiar with
Ruby Hill Golf Club, some of which have been with us for nine years!
